Spring/Summer 2013 TRENDS

Hey! Just like always, at the end of the school year I'm taking a whole day just for myself and new trends! This time I did it a bit earlier than usual because I don't have to do any school work and my winter holiday's practically already started, even though they are staring tomorrow but I got an extra day!
In this post I am doing a short re-view on Spring/Summer fashion trends for 2013. My next post is going to be a Fall/Winter trends so stay tuned to see that one too!

1. STRIPES

Summer 2013 is definitely going to be striped! Doesn't matter if your stripes are fat, minimal,psychedelic, horizontal, vertical... Every kind of stripes will be a statement this summer! If you were checking out some runway shows you probably already saw a lot of them (Dolce & Gabbana, Marc Jacobs, V.Westwood, Balmain.....)

2.DOTS

Thinking about this trend reminds me of a black polka dot blouse that I got last year from Zara it is just so pretty! I can't wait to wear it this year!
So this trend is a really simple and cute. It brings us all to 1950's. I personally adore polka dots, they're adorable!

3.HAWAII

Hawaiian print will come into full bloom in Spring/Summer 2013. Just think of all those wonderful colors and prints in your closet! Amazing.

4.METALLIC'S

I personally don't really like this one, but according to the runway, it's a huge trend!Those
shimmery metallic's are setting the tone for this summer.

(Jean Paul Gaultier, Christian Dior, Burberry, Charlie Brown...)

5.SAFARI

This year is a safari-style adventure! Trendsetter's will be rocking out outfits with camel blazers, olive safari shirts, beige clothing...
(MaxMara, Kenzo....)

6.FRINGE
It's all about fringing this year! All of you fringe lovers out there, this is your year! You can wear fringe in dresses, skirts, bags.... So many ways to make your outfit cuter with a simple fringe accessory!

(Salvatore Ferragamo, LaQuan Smith, Versace, Nina Ricci...)

7.TUXEDOS
Tuxedos have been a major trend in the spring collections for 2013, especially in Paris.They were mostly black, but I saw a few colored ones, for example white or dark blue.

(Balmain, Lanvin, Stella McCartney, Givenchy....)
